For travellers
Every price on Pompla is set by the operator running the trip, and shown per person in Indian Rupees on the trip page.
- No booking fee and no convenience fee. The total you see at checkout is what you pay.
- The price includes everything the operator lists as included for that trip. Where GST applies, it's included in the price shown unless the trip page says otherwise.
- What's not included — travel to the start point, meals marked as own-cost, personal expenses — is listed on every trip page, so you can compare like with like.
- Prices can differ by departure date. The price shown for the date you pick is the price you pay for that date.

How you pay
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.
Refunds
If a departure is cancelled by the operator, you get everything you paid back. For cancellations you make, see our cancellation policy and refund policy.
For tour operators
Listing trips on Pompla is free. There's no joining fee and no monthly fee — operators pay a commission only on bookings made through Pompla. List your trips.
